not true-"The SEC will do nothing"-if and when EVSV gets investigated-- it will stop trading while they INVESTIGATE- the stock is doomed when brought under scrutiny.
Does not matter if the CEO get fined or not-- the CEO will need to exit the co- guilty or not.
