The SEC will do nothing. Penny stocks. The OTC market is the wild west of trading. I've learned the hard way with this and few other pennies that being greedy and staying too is a losing bet. You can make fast profits but be long any of those pennies is a risk because they all seem to be no profit diluted garbage. Many were buying at .0001 and 0002 and we're smart to get out or got lucky. Maybe both. You live and learn. I lean toward income divy stocks now because of these past experiences. Preserving capital works better for me instead of risking too much.
