There are probably 50 scenerios of how to raise it. Easiest way is without selling the warrants because that will cause more lawsuits. So....

1. Reverse overpayment
2. Stop NWS

That part is easy and will raise almost half. The other half is tricky. We can do as follows.

3) Uplist first then have a Stock Offering to raise capital
4) Raise Capital from profit overtime estimating 15Bill A year.

This can be done in 1 year release time period. No need to sell warrants.
