I would believe by moving F&F (re-list) to one of the big boards would move the price in the direction needed to help raise monies needed and tamp down some law suits.
I also believe that some deals need to be struck to compensate those hurt due to NWS and monies taken during bank settlement cases. I believe those monies should be used in re-cap process.
Does anyone know how much that would be (after Govt expense)?
