Politico article has Otting quoting that the GSE's need 150-200b in capital reserves. My question is if they need this much money then winding them down isnt on the horizon. Good news
Now problem is if they want to issue new stock or not or how are they goign to raise this money. I am 50/50 in common/preferreds at the moment and want the best for both.
