and note on page 8 that their goal was to dispose of non-core assets, and futher into it (pgs 9 and 21) they seem to have sold PPG coatings, DiChain Holding Limited, and CMF Technology Fund for HK372 million dollars and got a net of 224HK million dollars after taxes and such.
Next question is who aquired these companies, the annual report is 170 pages and I'll leave that for later or somebody else for now. (I added the dots to push the ad off of the address).
As an asides, the site of China Technology Global Corp. as of today is using all the DAP software and has examples of it.
