there is a dilution debate over on CATV

some say US brokers wont convert with a STOP sign

george is claiming that off shore brokers are being used to convert, and he even claimed

KBM International (Curt Kramer) converted and sold 77 million shares on friday. -Gorge Sharp

how can they convert thru the TA when CATV owes the TA $13k?

unless they paid the TA?

whats your experience or thoughts on this matter

can anyone still convert shares outside of the TA?

According to GS, the Transfer Agent is owed a very large arrears payment and without the transfer agent no OTC funder can clear any dilutive stock...so there's definitely ZERO ability for any dilution to get put into play here all the while the t/a is owed the large arrears payment cheers!
