Let's start with the first lie, who is Manny and how is he an auditor?

Secondly, why the need to refer to "revenues" Most CPAs use the term Revenues vs. Revenue specifically.

So if Manny, who is not a CPA and not entitled to perform an audit, how are these "REVENUES" attributed to the issuer? On a napkin?

I will contact Enforcement at the PCAOB and report Manny and the issuer on Tuesday. They are still open for Biz considering the shutdown.

I have been known to take down fake CPAs and auditors in the past.
