And why would anyone do that?
Considering AMFE is a successful growth story. Has $15+ Million plus last year in revenues alone and continues to grow, on the verge of QB, in days/weeks.
It's not like this is some hidden company. They are the freaking LEADER in Board Game Cafes and Distribution. This is a booming multi billion dollar industry. Thousands of public reviews, daily customers, third party articles, Walmart level customers, on and on.
All current disclosures, otc designations, auditing process, etc have full and complete answers. It is not difficult to understand the why, where, who, how, what is going on with AMFE. There is nothing in AMFEs business model, CEO behavior, or execution that states scam, fraud, or otherwise. This can be ascertained with minimal due diligence, more due diligence simply proves it further to be the legit growth company it is and continues to be.
Seems like a Due Diligence and Fraud board should spend time researching actual scams and fraud. Not playing games with plus one coin posts.
