what i have found with my research is that because they have filed all the necessary items with FINRA and the SEC.. they are now private.. There is probably little we can do..
Bill had mentioned laying out the timeline of all the material things that happen that they did not report to the public when they were still a publicly traded company..that's about the only angle I see that would do anything.
