This is all I have seen new, and it is 9 months old. The video they have shown for years seems slicker and faster, I suppose indicating progress. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/lithium-silicon-battery-market-set-123000881.html
still here with no news
Anybody still listening? Any new info out there in XNRGI world??
If our shares are no longer at E*Trade does anyone know where they are?
I believe that the company would have to go bankrupt in order for us to lose our shares. If anything XNRGI owns goes in to a new company we would be entitled to something IF NO BANKRUPTCY. Of course we will probably have to fight for what is ours. Again, this is my opinion and who am I?? The putz that invested in Neah. Get legal and accounting advice. I have not written off my shares yet.
hello all,
i just spoke with td, they told me IF this company starts up again under the same ticker symbol, i could get my shares back.
but this all has to be initiated by company.
if its a different ticker symbol i would be shit out of luck
Good morning,
Thank you for this piece of information.
I too have TD / schwab, will we get our shares back.
Mr. Ashish Nanda is the new CEO and Chairman of BOD for XNRGI. His email addresses are below:
ashishnanda@hotmail.com
ashishnanda@innovationuae.com
By the way, my XNRGI shares were written off from my TD Ameritrade ( Charles Schwab) as worthless because the trading company unable to get a response from XNRGI.
D'Couto now listed as Board Advisor helping transition XNRGI. From what to what I'm not sure. Hopefully transitioning to new management, go public, and give all of us some share value. Just dreaming!!
Good morning All,
my shares in TD are gone also. I spoke to a customer rep. and are worthless. I guess we are all in the same boat.
My question is where or who hold our patents.
Are stolen and used India?
I received the same thing on 5/2/23. Heard nothing from XNRGI and can't get a response from anyone.
E-trade removed it from your account but it wasn't removed as worthless? TDA did this in my account:
05/02/2023 11:21:17 REMOVAL OF WORTHLESS SECURITIES (9BF994005)
Lost mine a few months ago on E*Trade and they told me I had to contact the company to find my shares. Company doesn’t reply. In the old days at least you could wallpaper your walls with worthless stock. Have no idea how 3500 shares just disappear into thin air
just noticed this got removed as worthless from my TDA account on 5/2/23
D'Couto changed his LinkedIn info.
I went to various pages on XNRGI.com and received this email each time: Thank you for subscribing to the XNRGI newsletter. Your contact information has been received and you will our newsletter and other updates.
We look forward to communicating with you soon.
XNRGI.com
Just message him on LinkedIn. If its a quick polite question he will probably answer you.
This is a phone number D’couto provided: 206 819 4582
I messaged a lot of them on Linkedin with good success. Most really don't know status now and keep saying they are looking for funding. Many are not involved anymore.
I contacted E*Trade about my shares in xnrgi going missing. I guess they don’t exist anymore from what they told me. Does anyone have an email address that XNRGI will respond to? I’ve tried the ones on their website but get nowhere.
Taking money out of the picture, this was my most disappointing company I have traded. I've lost more on many stocks than this one, but this one was definitely one I truly believed in. From working prototypes to the videos and demonstrations. We all pretty much know that most of the battery and penny stocks are huge gambles but I thought this had the stuff. Long time in this stock but when the plant in India was announced I totally bought in. Sort of like when my kids went to college.....worthless money drain.
I have TDAmeritrade and they are still in my accounts.
Mine too! What does that mean? Where do the shares go? Someone’s waste basket on Wall Street?
XNRGI taken off my ETrade account today. Gonna miss seeing those zeros. On the other hand, nice seeing the better portfolio return now!!
https://www.yahoo.com/news/fires-sparked-lithium-batteries-confounding-160302206.html
Hmmm if only XNRGI had competent management
I am in no way a lawyer or accountant. Do not take anything I say as gospel. I was told that they are trying to raise funds to get things going again. In this scenario, I was told by a non-expert that we would have to be included in some way. Only under bankruptcy are we wiped out I WAS TOLD. However, it is a private company in India so who the hell knows. I surely don't. I'm just holding and hoping for the best. What I am holding and who is holding it? I can't say. I guess I have to be bullish as we are already at zero. If we were at .01 I might be bearish.
if they IPO does that make our shares useless or are we an investor class.
very nice to see anything after all these year's
My ETrade for XNRGI is unchanged. I'm told they are still trying to secure funding.
Today I click on the cusip# and the site does not know the number anymore. I believe we are about to see some values once again under a new ticker and cusip#. I am hopeful.

I checked my cusip # that used to be NPWZ in Etrade. It shows 100% loss but does highlight to XNRGI. What is really different, though is that the drop down shows all my old NPWZ positions before the reverse split. I'm sure that wasn't hiding in there before. I looked again and it no longer shows the original positions, but rather now shows fractional positions so that the total before the drop down is accurate.

Thanks RICKIE1. No change in my E*trade account
Hi, I noticed a change in my stock acct. with Ameritrade. There was a mandatory exchange that took place with XNRGI on 11/1/22. Look up Mandatory Exchange and read it. I won't type it, better you read it. There is some new action taking place. My broker also changed my acct. number for XNRGI. It also references Position Transaction History NPWZ and then lists my shares to date. I will keep you posted if I should find out anything else.
I think your broker basically buys the shares from you for $0. You would relinquish ownership and take the capital loss. I have a few turds in my portfolio back from when I was a pump and dump sucker that I need to do this with. However, this is one I plan to keep since the company is theoretically still in business.
Since there has been no activity for several years, does anyone think we can write this off this year?
Does anyone know if they ever have to resolve or conclude our shares? I sure would like to write off my losses
I feel the same way. Somethings got to give. It is really sad that we are being treated like we don't exist, yet we all contributed to their research and business when we purchased their shares in the company. What is so hard for me to believe is the way we are treated. They do not share current events, finances, or anything else with us as shareholders. They expect a reputable company with integrity and a strong cash flow to contract with them, when they can't even treat those who all ready gave them money (such as all of us) with respect. All anyone has to do is research the remarks on the internet since they have been in business and that would be enough for any one today to think twice of doing business with them. Their integrity would be questioned. You don't bite the hand that feeds you.
Here is something I just found. Let me know if anyone else has seen this and your thoughts. www.indiamart.com/xnrgi-indiaprivate ltd.
I found this under India News. It was under Electric Bike/Electric Vehicle Conversion kits/xnrgi India XNRGI is involved in the conversion kits and the batteries and sales. It will show you photos and prices. It was updated 2022 and they show payments go thru them as indiamart.
I also had a nice chat today with the Ex- Director of Communications. He feels the only way anyone is going to get any money from XNRGI is if they were forced in to a bankruptcy. If anything at least a write-off might come out of it. He stated he also lost money from them. Everyone enjoy your July 4th and stay safe.
I just want one of two things; A) The ability to take the loss from this stock, or B) Knowing I have a piece of "something" that is producing "something".
Being in the stage that we are in sucks. I really have never owned anything like this where I just have to wait it out no matter what. Unless of course someone wants to buy my shares. I think I'll go play Powerball...better odds.
Two things… they ask us for patience? Really? And whoever is dumb enough to give this CEO any money …. Deserves to lose it all. And they will. Chris D’ Couto should be bagging groceries. What a fraud. Prove me wrong.
Update Alert!!!
I finally heard from someone in the know. Unfortunately there is nothing new to report. They are still looking for funding. 25m. Will one of you guys or girls write a check please so we can get some results!!
I mentioned bankruptcy in my last communication with someone high up and they replied "No, you don't want that, just be patient." When I asked for what he kept saying just hold on and be patient. That's why I'm still here checking. This was almost a year ago. So once a week I send out emails to different people because you never know when someone will reply.

XNRGI, recently funded by a US Department of Energy (DOE) grant for advance manufacturing of the X- PowerChip™, has developed a game-changing, high-performance, rechargeable lithium metal battery (using a 3D porous silicon structure as the electrode substrate), which can be manufactured using a low-cost, contract-based, semiconductor foundry model to reduce CapEx costs by 95% (compared to traditional battery factories that require billions to build and years to construct). Most importantly, the semiconductor manufacturing foundation of the XNRGI battery will allow the technology to improve along the same path as semiconductor improvements (i.e., Moore’s Law), while lithium-ion technology is approaching its limited potential for improvement.
The XNRGI technology platform is based on the most versatile manufacturing platform that the battery industry has seen in its long history. It has solved numerous disadvantages of old conventional legacy battery technology that has plagued the battery industry during the past 30 years. XNRGI’s Lithium Metal anode has 10-times the energy density of a standard Lithium Ion anode. Combined with XNRGI’s 3D pores that increase the active surface area of the battery by 70-times, performance is dramatically improved. At the same time, XNRGI’s 3D pores create a cool and safe architecture for any battery chemistry, basically eliminating concerns of overheating and fire, which have plagued other Lithium Ion batteries. The XNRGI battery design is “chemistry” agnostic as it does not restrict use of almost any cathode material, including the most common LCO, NMC, NCA, or LFP cathode materials. The main advantages of this method include: high energy density today demonstrating Lithium Metal battery at (> 1600 Wh/L) 400 Wh/kg and, XNRGI’s next generation battery in 2020 Lithium Metal Air at (4400 Wh/L), 680 Wh/kg with high currents that enable fast charge and discharge, long cycle life based on elimination of lithium dendrite formation, greatly improved safety, and low-cost batch fabrication. XNRGI’s 3D architecture provides a safe house of new chemistries to be safely contained for future high energy density materials, which can be manufactured in high volumes - a flexible architecture foundation platform for the evolution and design of batteries in the future.
Energy Density in batteries is the primary bottleneck to the global mass adoption of Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Renewable Energy (like solar and wind power). Today’s batteries have a short life, are too costly, too large, and too heavy, so they limit a vast array of applications. Batteries often require specialized manufacturing facilities for different applications, which limits the opportunities to cost-efficiently scale manufacturing and create enough power to meet global stored energy demands
Currently, the total global capacity for battery technology stands at 150 gigawatts. By 2050, the global renewable energy demand for the grid alone will be 42-terawatts, according to the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Control). Additionally, multiple terawatts will also be needed for transport and the electrification of other emerging markets. And, this volume of power, will not come from the grid because according to Lawrence Livermore Labs, 68% of all energy that is contributed to the U.S. grid is “wasted” through resistance, transmission, transfers, and curtailment (energy that is rejected when it cannot be used or stored, since the grid is not a battery).
There is clearly an overwhelming need to find a cost-efficient, scalable manufacturing architecture for batteries that can meet changes in density, size, weight, and shape for every use case, including Transport, Grid, Consumer Electronics, the Internet of Things, and everything in between. Moreover, this architecture would need to facilitate the mass production of batteries that are safe, tunable, and affordable.
Such an application, could, in itself, make renewable energy viable to meet the exponential global growth of stored energy demand.

XNRGI has produced 600 working samples (8 billion micro-batteries) for a wide range of clients, and proven its ability to manufacture its batteries at less than $150/kWh no matter what the application or scale.
XNRGI believes that our silicon architecture enables various advantages in performance, cost, manufacturability, and technology extendibility, including: packaging, safety, power and energy density optimization, and an application for a range of sizes from micro batteries (for the Internet of Things) to large batteries (for EV and Grid scale storage). XNRGI also has the ability to innovate battery enhancements every 18 to 24 months, thereby allowing continuous improvements unlike conventional battery architectures.
Driven by mobility (transportation) and grid-scale storage, the battery market is set to grow at a compounded annual growth rate of more than 40% over the next few years
XNRGI is uniquely positioned solve the industry-wide challenges of performance, cost, safety, outsourced manufacturing, and short lead-time to manufacturing. The architecture serves as an innovation platform that will enable an evolutionary path for battery advances for many years to come
With significant inroads to and Early Adopter Programs with the worlds-largest EV, Grid, Consumer Electronics, and IoT manufacturers, XNRGI is equally well-positioned for rapid, profitable growth and the ability to supply the world’s demand for electric energy storage.
XNRGI addresses all five key performance characteristics, Energy Density, Safety, Low Cost Capital Efficient Manufacturing, Flexible Technology Platform (unlimited applications), and short lead-time for manufacturing to secure a new supplier qualified for mass production (typically 3-6 months). Conversely, its competitors typically address only one or two of the five key areas of battery performance (Energy Density and/or Safety), they are burdened with the large capital costs that are associated with long lead times for manufacturing, and are limited to one cathode, and thereby limited to one type of application.

Battery Characterization by Argonne National Laboratory
PR Newswire
BOTHELL, Washington, August 23, 2016
BOTHELL, Washington, August 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --
Neah Power Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: NPWZ, NEAH POWER) an emerging leader in high density rechargeable lithium metal battery storage solutions for defense, commercial, and consumer applications, is pleased to announce that it won a grant from the U.S. Department of Energy through the Small Business Vouchers Pilot Program. http://energy.gov/technologytransitions/articles/energy-department-awards-43-new-business-laboratory-collaborations
The NEAH PowerChip(R) Battery is the first battery to be made with high volume capable microchip manufacturing technology in semiconductor facilities (foundries) throughout the world. NEAH and numerous electrochemical engineers worldwide envision this new NEAH Battery architecture as transformative as it will change the way batteries are made, used and perform. The proprietary architecture of the PowerChip(R) Battery brings batteries into the microchip era, using the same manufacturing technologies that made television sets, cell phones, laptops and a variety of devices more compact with superior performance at lower cost. While initially targeted for consumer oriented applications, the battery technology could be used for automotive and defense applications as well.
Dr. Chris D'Couto, President & CEO of NEAH said, "We look forward to working closely with Argonne National Laboratory, which is uniquely qualified to characterize the performance metrics associated with our unique battery architecture. This unique 3D architecture using lithium metal anodes enables more than five times the performance of batteries in production today. We at NEAH believe that the characterization of the battery by Argonne National Laboratory will further enhance the performance and manufacturability of the battery. It will also help us understand the most critical electrochemical reactions. This DOE/Argonne relationship will provide advanced technology learnings, leapfrogging what would be possible in a privately held laboratory.

Grant to give boost to battery developed by Neah Power
Neah Power Systems was chosen by the U.S. Department of Energy to work with Argonne National Laboratory to increase the capacity and manufacturability of its rechargeable lithium-metal battery.
The relationship will help the company’s technology leapfrog, said Chris D’Couto, Neah Power’s president and CEO.
Neah Power will work with the laboratory near Chicago for a year. The laboratory time and expertise is valued at $300,000.
Neah Power was based in Bothell, but is relocating to Edmonds. The batteries are manfuctured in Beaverton, Oregon. The company is developing a high-density, rechargeable lithium metal battery called Neah PowerChip Battery for defense, commercial and consumer uses.
The unique architecture using lithium metal and porous silicon is making the battery five times more powerful than batteries in production today, D’Couto said.
Theoretical modeling of the battery shows that it should be producing even more energy storage and output than it already does, D’Couto said.
With assistance of the national laboratory, Neah Power hopes to identify the changes that need to be made so the practical application matches up with the theoretical modeling.
There’s long been a search to build a better battery that can store and produce more energy and “live forever and cost nothing,” said Ira Bloom, senior chemist and group leader at Argonne National Laboratory.
He pointed to the carbon zinc batteries at hardware stores, noting how they come in many shapes and sizes. He said changing the battery’s chemistery also changes everything.
“It’s a scientific discipline, but how you make it can be an art form,” Bloom said. “Once you figure out how to produce it, it’s very re-produceable.”
He said he’s unfamiliar with Neah’s PowerChip, but looks forward to working on it.
“It presents an interesting challenge, no question about it,” Bloom said. “I hope everybody learns from this project.”
