Yes you are so right with your answers. However nobody here knows for sure what is going on, we are all just guessing. All question marks with no answers. No news in one year, but the year before was almost the same.
With the resignations and the website not working anymore, this does not look well at all indeed.
Lets hope they will file the 20k soon with good numbers, that's all I'm hoping for. Anyhow I still think this company is worth more then 0.03 based on the 20k filing from last year, so I'm just holding on a bit longer.
Maybe they are working on a merger, who knows.

Wondering why you are confident that they are still doing business, and why did they not file there financials on time this year. They have been late every year prior to this but they avoided the pinkies each time. Now we are on the pink sheets which isn't looking good for us investors.

Anyone's comments would be appreciated.
