Why would you think they are not doing business? I know the website is down and Frank and Sifie are working mostly at DC Capital but last I heard the software company was doing ok business. That was maybe in April or May - I forgot as I do not have any stock but I have heard nothing about them stopping and business. They sold Dichain Asia - and that stock took off...

I see though they have not updated the website in a year or so and so turned off the home page..others still read " The Company will apply for its initial listing in AMEX in 2005"

I guess they are a bit wrong on that.

I thought that I read they had filed the form they needed to file late - I looked today though and see they never did. They do not like so much paper work
