Gotta say that “Intl growth on hold” a big disappointment. Means MoviePass does not have it together yet, if at all. Unfortunately, most other info encouraging, yet pretty much as has already been announced, therefore it comes down to implementation, and coming through on their promises, we’ll often frayed and broken by both Ted and Mitch. More to say, of course. Thanks again.

So we have likely reached self-sufficiency now. Makes me think yesterday's financing deal is primarily restructuring of ownership as part of the spin-off and not intended to raise cash on the market.

We're waiting. Well, it's beyond waiting after four months with no updates, rather actual avoidances, and two failed reverses and one more lined up. And a further decimated share price.

I seem to remember Teddy Boy also did interviews touting MoviePass having taken no money from Helios and Matheson. Pumping was strong on this board at this time too.

All this seems to suggest that the MoviePass Entertainment spinoff will not in fact occur.

There has been no acknowledgment from Helios and Matheson, or from MoviePass, about MoviePass's yet-again change of direction, counter to as they both independently previously announced.
