I seem to remember Teddy Boy also did interviews touting MoviePass having taken no money from Helios and Matheson. Pumping was strong on this board at this time too.

All this seems to suggest that the MoviePass Entertainment spinoff will not in fact occur.

There has been no acknowledgment from Helios and Matheson, or from MoviePass, about MoviePass's yet-again change of direction, counter to as they both independently previously announced.
