Those are great questions, thanks. I’ll share what I was able to find which satisfied my threshold about those issues. Again, I’m not trying to pull the wool over anyone’s eyes, most of all my own - heavily invested, I just wanted to try to advance the knowledge on the subject by connecting what might be critical but overlooked information.

I know you are on that very same page, so thanks, every things we can do to chip away at the cause is in the good column.

I found that the prevalence of greater disease in women is worldwide. I accounted for other countries’ lower population which lives to old age.

The interesting thing is that the countries where AD is broken out by gender and men have the highest incidence (not higher than women but highest in the world) are Muslim countries. This is explained in text by the fact that the vast majority of young men and boys are killed through ongoing terrorism. And entire section of the population is just wiped away - young healthy men.
The older men therefore make up a larger proportion of the male population and AD appears higher.
