WOW!

Your post should give the share price trackers real insight into what we have here. Share price is totally irrevelant at this point.

Thank you for contributing your time and research.

Reminds me of a Neil Young song, Seen the Needle and the damage done. It doesn’t rhyme as well with progesterone, haloperidol, etc.. And it took Biostockclub on an anonymous message board to tell us this after 48 years? Hmmm. What have those AI computers been doing for the last 5 years? I know, figuring out how to sell us more haloperidol, progesterone and cheeseburgers.

Beautiful work man. I hope you get a ton of credit for this in the coming years as it looks like it will play out.

Bravo! really, standing O. clap, clap, clap, clap, clap…3 or 4 minutes of this then another curtain call…

Thank you!

Pay the man 4 billion dollars and say thank you America. Much more has been spent for much less.

Very much appreciated Biostockclub. You have presented a most compelling case for AVXL's research.

I'll send you a case of your favourite Canadian beer when we get north of $50 which I think could happen in 2019 or 2020, perhaps much sooner.

Again, thanks for all your diligent work and your clear and concise layout of your thesis.

I look forward to a gathering of AVXL investors at a central location once AVXL attributes are discovered en masse...and would hope you'd be able to attend.

Would fit also nicely into the picture concerning sigmar1 function and postpartum depression:

This is brilliant. Sheer genius to painstakingly compile this list to inspire those in despair who see their hard earn money evaporating daily and to hopefully convince them to hold on to their shares even if they go all the way to zero. Bravo, Bravo. You would have been an asset at Valley Forge during the Revolution or at the Battle of the Bulge and I mean that with all sincerity.

Just absolutely phenomenal. Your persistence to get to the core coupled with your prose should get you the Pulitzer. Thanks for what you do. Is it possible that your research or similar will be published and reviewed? It would clearly provide the impetus for a huge push in the company on many fronts. At the very least you should provide to the company (assuming you haven’t already) for some comments. You've unveiled the next Steel Curtain that the naysayers can’t penetrate.

Looking forward to 2019-2020. The upfront work the company put in in trial design has the deck substantially stacked in our favor. Long and strong (and even stronger at these levels).

Bio - Phenomenal !! Just phenomenal !!

I believe the members of this message board collectively own enough shares to vote you on to Anavex's Scientific Advisory Board, so from this day forward, please consider yourself an official member of the SAB. I think CM will be very happy having you on board !

Thanks for the massive effort,

So healthy living and controlling ones hormonal balance would then decrease Alzheimer’s significantly and require only bioidentical hormones? Also the correlation of living conditions and especially the food and obesity epidemics in those countries vs the conditions seen here in USA are completely disparate

Also given the complex interactions of all hormones, estrogen, testosterone, thyroid, vitamin D, DHEA,HCG some of which are inhibitory of the effects of progesterone, none of this is stratified out

Nice work bio!

I do have one initial question/critique.

All the figures I can find support the fact that the prevalence of Alzheimer's is about twice as high in women versus men. It is also true that this magnitude difference cannot be explained simply by life expectancy or all sorts of other factors proposed and reviewed.e.g. not well understood.

Hence your thesis could well have merit, except what have been the means of contraception in different countries over time and did the pill have prevalence?

I suspect you have considered this, although my quick research is not all supportive.

The picture of contraceptive methods vary over time and by country. in Japan the pill has never been widely used and yet the prevalence there of AD is also higher among women than men.

Across all European countries the prevalence of AD in women is also consistently about twice that of men.
2013: The prevalence of dementia in Europe

However, we cannot conclude that the majority of women in all those countries would have used the pill in 1960's and 1970's. For example in predominantly Catholic countries birth control by the pill or otherwise is shall we say less common.

The use of the pill tailed off in the mid seventies across pretty much all countries and was complemented with a range of other contraceptive methods such that the pill now represents below 20% and of course now with far lower hormone content. If your thesis is true we should be seeing the prevalence of AD in women coming down.
