I have seen the same sort of multiple fleecings in the private sector. I know a local "businessman" who has literally bankrupted everything he has touched since he left his real job 20 plus years ago. Awesome self promoter when times are good and has sucked in the same buddies time and again. he should of been a stinky pinky CEO.
