I wouldn't doubt it. Amazing how insiders can continue selling stock for that long. But, some people will buy just about anything if they figure it's hit bottom. Then it goes lower.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
