The key "financial partner" to sham P&D CEO Michael Doherty is the penny scam runner named, ZIAD K. ABDELNOUR. Ziad claims HE PAID FOR THE SHELL NHPI...and also OWNS A PORTION OF Woodbrook now and is their key money source...

Well....Ziad just came off of FIVE DAMN YEARS OF SERIOUS SEC SANCTIONS that included a CEASE AND DESIST to completely never associate with ANY penny stock operations..plus MONETARY FINES and "other" punishments the SEC issued to this law breaker....and

Ziad....HE...HE is who owns and bought the shell of NHPI according to public statements and he is "INSTALLING MICHAEL DOHERTY" as "CEO" of this scam...they share the same office in Cyprus...no accident this dude left the U.S. after the SEC busted him and set up shop in the wild west of Cyprus and started running scams all over again...
