I agree that NPHI looks very questionable. But how do we know that Doherty is really Abdelnour? The SEC litigation notice describes him as a registered broker since 1986, and the holder of an MBA from a top US business school.

And yet Doherty is supposed to be Irish. And he does speak with what seems to me to be an Irish accent:

Abdelnour would be 57 now. Doherty seems younger to me, though guessing ages can be difficult, and photographs aren't always current.

But what I wonder is where the idea that Doherty and Abdelnour are the same person came from. That is, we know it came from this post, but there's no proof or even explanation:
