Nuke - If insurance doesn't cover V, the coupon only brings the price down to about $165 a month, which many people still cannot afford.

Nuke, no this is basically an off label prescription triglyceride is not over 500 and even if it was they would still change it because generic l has the same label. What this means is that vascepa is either higher tier or needs prior authorization. If it is higher tier patients can ask for it they just have to pay extra money and the coupon still works but the insurance doesn’t cover anything. If it is prior authorization is only going to be covered if triglyceride is over 500 .
