My script was covered with PA . I don’t have TG’s over 500. My doc did say he had to work really hard to get it covered.

Exactly why FDA needs to approve the Anchor label. Lowers the bar for Insurance Coverage. I hope Amarin takes this approach, opening the market available until Reduce-It sNDA is approved. The niche can be filled. I'm in the same boat with United HC, BC/BS covered even off label.

I think that there needs to be a label change for the indicated TGL levels of High: 200 to 499 and above to garner more patients. My level was 313 and Medicare paid... My thoughts are that management is being overwhelmed by the reduce it study and results and that they need help... Thoughts
