My understanding (and to be honest I have no clue what they are trying to say) of the letter from Duane Morris is; Morris is saying that the the courts did not consider the economic impact of the decision to time bar the IPR submitted by Arris..... to me that means this might be ..... a large impact to Arris??

I think the letter is disputing the USPTO's brief requesting that the case be dismissed because the court lacks jurisdiction.
