(PINKSHEETS: IDWD) has been informed by HLS Worldwide that HLS is engaging Worldwide Security Acquisitions, LLC (WSA) to be its Worldwide Manufacturing, Distribution and Marketing Partner. WSA has purchased IDS Worldwide, Inc. Distribution and Administration Facilities effective today.
WSA engaged Breen and Associates, in early October, for the Contract Offering of HLS Biometrics Products which was submitted to the GSA today. WSA will takeover the SMT manufacturing operations for all the biometrics products for HLS Worldwide at their facilities in Hong Kong.
WSA has been successful in attracting top Fortune 200 executives in the past 10 days to join the company due to the enormous potential of the HLS biometric products to be manufactured and marketed worldwide by the company under its agreement with HLS Worldwide.
WSA has signed an employment agreement with Lori LaSpada who until her recent resignation was the Senior Program Manager for Internal Computing for AOL for the last 7 years. Mrs. LaSpada was also in charge of Asset Management for all technology inventory for AOL. Mrs. LaSpada also prepared research and evaluations as an analyst for the acquisitions and strategic investment transactions involving AOL and MapQuest, PropHead, Quack, iAmaze, Local Eyes, TiVo and Time Warner. Mrs. LaSpada upon evaluating the HLS Biometric Encryption technology and market potential of these cutting edge products, resigned from AOL to become the Vice President of WSA in charge of Business Development and Marketing. At AOL she was responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with Apple, Dell, Phillips, Cingular, Sprint/Nextel, and Verizon Wireless. Mrs. LaSpada's vast experience in developing these business relationships will enable WSA to rapidly expand its distribution channels for the HLS biometric products under contract.
WSA also signed an employment agreement with Todd Speak who for the last 9 years was the Senior Director of Finance for Nextel Communications a Fortune 200 leader in the telecommunications industry generating over $15 Billion sales revenues annually. Mr. Speaks has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of WSA. Previously, Mr. Speak was also Controller for Eckerd Drug Corporation for 7 years. After evaluating HLS biometric technology Mr. Speak agreed to immediately join WSA and guide the company as it transitions from a private company to a public company.
