Dude you are dreaming. Downsie had three employees as of the end of 2005 and the company had done a grand total of 190K in business. It is all in the D&B report that you were obviously too stingy to purchase.

The rest of this story is similar to Downsie's scam of the raped and murdered child's family. In other words, mostly lies.
