it seems the company has solicited jobs in pakistan for its call center, which is to have 100-150 employees

SO WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? Would you actually solicit jobs in Pakistan if it were a scam? Why go to such lengths when you know nobody in the states is going to verify it

crossbow: This latest smear tactic speaks loudly as to the desperation of those who are short. A tiny float of 2.5 million shares which is way oversold with a day of reckoning fast approaching was no doubt the cause. Event driven PR's should be coming this week if everything is on schedule and both those long and those short know it. All imho.

I doubt that. I found his "Book of Condolences" listed on a Funeral Home in the Orlando area. My wife has been doing her family tree and knows how to find stuff like that. He's dead, but, in my opinion, she may have received the assets of AVLN, if there were any assets. JMHO

He could lie with the best of them. I never did really trust him, but I was suckered in for awhile, like a lot of others. Before he had his accident, I asked him if he moved any AVLN assets into another company, operated by his wife, and them sold them to benefit her. He denied doing this, but OJ Simpson always said he was not guilty, but we all knew better. JMHO

He died earlier this year from complications from the accident. His wife said he passed out then hit a retaining wall. I got an email from him awhile ago and responded. His wife e-mailed back and told me what happened. Someone has hijacked his e-mail because I still get them. Pat was certainly a crook. Knowing Pat he probably faked his death and is starting pink sheet company somewhere.

But all I was reporting was that my broker(scottrade) was about to change the symbol to ONGN and so was the broker of the first poster who alerted us.

Since Saturday , scottrade took that change away. So it appears it was a mistake by scottrade and Ameritrade.

Today I got a Spam type email from "biometricsecurity" on Downs old "hotmail" account. The last time I went into the link in the email, I got a bug in my computer. I had been spoofed, since the person sending the email, gained entry into my email account. If you get one of these emails, don't use the link or you will have a bug in your email. It became a big problem getting it cleared up. Just a Heads Up!

Jungle_Trader - Thats what Scottrade had it yesterday. Now I cannot access that window in Scottrade. So it may have been a mistake.

In OGNG's 10q filing and on Pinksheets company info....it shows that OGNG was formerly called Avalon until 2007. So I don't know if it's the same Avalon or not.

But I am leaning to it being a mistake by Nasdaq otc
