Pros

Innovative idea to use electric cars for transportation. Tesla was the flagship car in the beginning.

Cons

Company was very poorly run. It began as an all electric cab company and ended as a non emergency Medical Transport company. They eventually owned more gas medical vans than electric cars and pretended like the were still a sustainable company. The owner, Ron Knori broke many laws, failed to train employees correctly, and eventually ran the business into the ground. They closed the doors with no notice and denied employees final paychecks and benefits."

I will be in and out of here once in a great while since I am done with stocks!! But TICK TOCK CONWAY!! You are going to have a SSTORM by the end of the year by me!! Brian, can you EXPLAIN to shareholders WHY you BEGGED me to WIRE MONEY ($1,500) a few years ago IN YOUR NAME yet you SAID IN PUBLIC FILINGS YOU “settled with me” for 1M shares of LIBE SHARES to cover the SUM TOTAL OF THE $75,000 of which about $73,500 was wired to LIBERATED (you get my drift shareholders)? That you say you settled with me with SHARES that I WAS TOLD BY over 8 BROKERAGE HOUSES that they would NOT ALLOW ME TO DEPOSIT?? After the TA could not find one BROKERAGE HOUSE? YOU could not? I COULD NOT? My brother in law who has been in the industry for 38 years could not? CHIP? TOMMY?.. Can you explain how other people were paid but me? YOUR FRIEND CHIP was, not me?? What happened to the Settlement from Eco?? SO, when the stock was at .37 I COULD NOT SELL.. Now it’s .0002, still can’t sell, DONT EVEN HAVE THE SHARES!! IS that a criminal offense? Is it WIRE FRAUD?
