CONway did mention once the court judgment is taken care of they will address restructuring. Looks like an RS is inevitable.

We'd like to see this settled before any restructuring. Involuntary bankruptcy laws are very unfair to creditors and there's a long list of companies affected. I can't pass this liability to a newco or CEO. My understanding they will face a criminal investigation. #LIBE
