My guess could be truncated further I suppose (I already tried to build that in), but RK's thought that it might instead be a data sweep is logical as well. It's odd when you (ex) are coming up with an earlier potential timeline than me.

Guesses:

Me: Nov./Freeze(aka:cut), Nov - February collection/scrub, Feb/Mar Data lock & Topline
or Me: Nov/Dec Data sweep, Topline published around turn of this year.
