There is a reason that ANDI has a Cease Trade Order up in Canada. It's because of all the years that Rick Shykora, Dustin Secor, and William White scammed the public prior to the latest Utopya scam.
There was the bogus Series C Preferred share dividend around the time that ANDI was involved with OLIE and HSCO (both of which got suspended by the SEC while ANDI was involved with them)
Yes. And at that time, ANDI was briefly involved with Javan King and his "Anti-Dilutive Convertible Preferred" scheme. That's why ANDI has so many classes of preferred stock. King is a Canadian promoter, and that's probably why ANDI got the Canadian CTO.
It wouldn't surprise me if the Comet Core/Utopya scammers continue to use the Series B preferred stock to line their pockets even now the fake Utopya smart phone business no longer has anything to do with the ANDI shell.
I think it's more likely they gave that stock back to White, so he'd have control of the shell. Though we won't know for sure unless ANDI bothers to file those overdue financials.
