ANDI was a scam for years and years and years before the Comet Core scumbags (Jason Steinberg, Ian Brewster, and Louden Owen) came in and made it a more popular scam with the help of Mike Starkweather, Darryl Green, Corbin Hardy, Dustin Secor, and many other willing participants.

It doesn't take much DD to go back in the filings and PRs and see all of the past bogus business operations ANDI touted that never amounted to anything.

There is a reason that ANDI has a Cease Trade Order up in Canada. It's because of all the years that Rick Shykora, Dustin Secor, and William White scammed the public prior to the latest Utopya scam.

There was the bogus Series C Preferred share dividend around the time that ANDI was involved with OLIE and HSCO (both of which got suspended by the SEC while ANDI was involved with them)

There was the worthless apps that ANDI touted for years that Utopya actually brought back briefly.

There was the Peppermint Jim scam that got passed around from scammy penny stock to scammy penny stock (ANDI, MRIB, and LIBE).

There was the Streetbeat scam.

Plus many more if you go back further.

Utopya left the ANDI shell a rotting mess with a bloated O/S of 4,619,209,650 shares (up from 1,891,045,050 when the Utopya scumbags arrived), more debts than when the Utopya scumbags got here, and the Series B convertible Preferred stock still able to be converted a 2000 commons to 1 preferred.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Comet Core/Utopya scammers continue to use the Series B preferred stock to line their pockets even now the fake Utopya smart phone business no longer has anything to do with the ANDI shell.
