Wrong Again_It looks like the Board has decided that WILLIAM WHITE should remain as CEO being that he has experience running penny stock like $ANDI. Being that Mr.White will be better at communicating to penny investors.

The notion that White is taking over because it will be an excuse for no phone is NONSENSE, because the OTC site shows under Business Description that $ANDI is Smartphone Company through its subsidiary UTOPYA :-) Hahahaha.. So conclusion $ANDI still remains a smartphone company.

So it seems William White will run the division ANDI, while they will have a manager run UTOPYA etc etc.. Or Just maybe William White will run all 3 divisions being that he has experience managing pennystocks until uplisting to big boards when phones launch soon. :-)

As I've been saying since March, ANDI is the biggest pump & dump of 2018 and the whole Utopya smart phone fraud was nothing more than an insider enrichment scam through the sale of hundreds of millions of shares created from Series B Preferred share conversions.
