TFN - yes and no, I agree with what you have said, but you also gotta admit that this delay erodes Petar's (and the BOD's) credibility after what they have already stated and PR'd about the AFs, and that is NOT a good thing, regardless and totally independent of the 'penny flippers' you refer to.

TFN, I hate to believe that what you allude to is true. Are you saying, that it is your belief, that Petar is withholding information from the shareholders, so that sentiment will erode and cause people to sell shares, therefore allowing friends of management to buy those people’s shares and not have to increase the share structure? That is a very scary thought and one that the SEC would not be very fond of, I am sure.
