opportunistically - I think PV know exactly what he is doing. I think decaying attitudea towards him about the AFs will lead to folks selling shares and will pave the way for others to buy w/o having to increase the float. Time is a hell of a weapon against the pop and drop penny mentality crew. Guess what..Its working...
