opportune - I see what you are saying, but I'm not sure the credibility SLJB would like to build is for our benefit, we're (well I am) dumb retail money that is not what will build long term shareholder value, Wessal felt happy enough ponying up 25 million (according to PRs) and felt that they had seen enough to want to purchase 25% out of the market, they must have some reasons for doing that and timing of AFs just doesn't seem likely to have been part of their decision process, I would guess they know a lot more than us as to what SLJB can deliver on the ground for their core interests, also once AFs out institutional could be easier to attract, again, I would say getting onto their hit list is crucial, timing of that less so, so as usual we retail players are bottom of the heap, but we have the best ROI potential due to early buying-in, with of course a caveat if this co. is legit and all pans out.
