I'm curious to see the annual report and the share issuance history. I suppose there is no way, currently, to find/confirm if any of the restricted shares dated 1/08/2018 through 3/1/2018 have had their restrictions lifted prematurely of the the one year restriction period. Is that correct?

Further, will the company be obligated to disclose whether the restricted shares had the restrictions lifted prematurely? Or will it be left to the shareholders to guess?

According to my calculations, there are 1,587,425,200 restricted shares due to become free trading shares starting on 1/08/19. >>

pps back in feb.18 was just below .04; more than likely, Starkweather was selling along with myself & others. i.e. Charlie Munger stated, three ways for smart persons to go broke, liquor, ladies, & leverage. Great DD. I've been trying to tell you guys this for a long time. I'm glad you actually put it out there for people to see what a POS he really is. He thinks he smart. Putting it in his wife's name. She's just as bad as he is. Nobody knows how to work for a living. Just good at conning people.

That is some good stuff there. Mike is trying to hide ownership of that property. My guess is that he's concerned about how he got that money. The problem for Mike is that when they come for him, they are going to ask how his wife got that money. He's an idiot.
