I'm curious to see the annual report and the share issuance history. I suppose there is no way, currently, to find/confirm if any of the restricted shares dated 1/08/2018 through 3/1/2018 have had their restrictions lifted prematurely of the the one year restriction period. Is that correct?

Further, will the company be obligated to disclose whether the restricted shares had the restrictions lifted prematurely? Or will it be left to the shareholders to guess?

According to my calculations, there are 1,587,425,200 restricted shares due to become free trading shares starting on 1/08/19. >>
