That would happen only in the ideal situation....I just worry about R/S(always crush to hell afterward) and possible restriction of shares for trading for 1 or 2 years.

I find it very hard to imagine selling at $30 after the split. I would like to think a few dollars, this isn't moving to a higher exchange at the moment so valuation is pretty optomistic.

No. The PR clearly states the order of events.

POFG acquires Amstar Shares (ie. all shares go under the ticker).

Amstar acquires 96% of POFG shares. (Basically handing the now publicly traded shares back to Amstar shareholders.)

80-1 reverse split to 20mm shares.

The unstated fact in the PR, which must be deduced from the reverse split, is that Amstar is handing 1.5 billion private shares over to POFG to go into the ticker.

Dilution indeed!
