Ok, I crunched some numbers. Of course RS is bad news, but I calculate that the new shares will be worth $30.50 each, and at .10 per share of POFG, this is a 3-4 bagger. At .05, it is a 6-8 bagger. Follow along...
110 Million currently held shares POFG/80RS = 1.375 million new shares
Amstar = add 17.7 million privately held shares to reach 19M new shares total.
$58 Million profit/19 million new shares = $3.05 EPS, and with a PE of 10 = $30.50 per share value
So... tracking a $1,000 investment in POFG at .10 per share (10,000 shares):
10,000 shares / 80 RS = 125 new shares
125 x $30.50 = $3,812
So your $1,000 investment at .10 per share of POFG will be worth $3,812 in Amstar, a 3-4 bagger for a 1 month hold.
