I think it could well sell for $30 after the RS, which is based strictly on revenue which hopefully comes close to representing earnings per share. $58 million revenue, by 19 million shares = $3.05 per share earnings.
by a PE of 10, it should trade at $30.50. Amstar is a HUGE company with 350 employees, very stable, massive portfolio, not a typical penny stock at all. Very established income, doubling every year. Deserves a PE of 10. This is a "good" RS, believe it or not. Of course not NEARLY as good as the share exchange without an RS. But this is the ONLY explanation that makes sense, if the new share count is 19 million. There is no other way we could go from 110 million to 19 million.
This assumes the revenue is not diminished heavily by additional costs, which may be the case.
