Long story short.....ABCE had no choice but to rid themselves from the flippers that were killing this stock.

If they manage to get this above 01 a different group of investors will step in. The type who doesnt trade below a penny. And if company releases 1.5M for q3 alone it will bring this to 05. And then your mentioned 10M is only 2M or 100M for whole credit line. Huge opportunity here at these levels.
