Last quarter $558k in revenue cost $417k leaving a gross profit of $140k. They had $255k in operating expenses for payroll, payroll tax, rent, professional fess and such leaving them at a $115k loss from just operations alone. Their net income was a $256k loss last quarter when you add in other expenses (debt/interest/notes)

That is straight from their 10Q they filed with the SEC. A company losing $256k last Q with $892k in liabilities will not be able to pay off any amount they borrow from the credit line. Any expansion will incur even more debt, so more dilution is easy to see even without looking at the company’s past.

I just dont understand how there is any upside here given the facts and history?? With a 50,000,000 O/S post split any dilution will crush the PPS, with no discount just $100k would be 10,000,000 shares issued at .01 which would be 1/5 the O/S. But there is a discount and post split would be around .007-.009 today so the math gets worse. Volume is dead due to lack of interest/trust and longs are tapped, so who can absorb those shares? TBH i just dont want to see ABCE make another dime off shareholders backs, they are shameless.... But It seems inevitable at this point so I will drop it. GL
