If ABCE traded to .05 post RS on q3 results and let's say another 1 million contract. I wouldn't be negative on 100 million shares added to the OS for free and clear $5,000,000 cash for the company complete projects, market, and expand. Would look like accretion to me.
Multi million and billion dollar companies do this every single day, it's part of being a public company.
