#43206 RE: emit #43205

Agree emit.

In general it is usually true that changing auditors is not a good sign. Especially in this case when their previous auditor has not filed a letter stating that they agree with the statements in the 8-K, including this one:

For the period from May 16, 2017 (B&Y’s appointment) through to the date of this form 8-K, there were no substantial disagreements with Benjamin & Young, LLP on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, which, remain unresolved and there were no “reportable events” as that term is defined in Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K.

(bolding done by me to emphasize the key points their previous auditor should be agreeing with)

Why can't B&Y provide a letter stating that they agree with these statements?? Huge red flag in my opinion.

There is an obvious gap between investor expectations and reality. Just because our expectations are not being met (i.e. this stock should be at $10 by now because I need to go on a big, fat vacation) does not mean that Valerie now needs to accommodate you, or me, or anyone else.

When there is news to report, they'll report it, IMO.

Until they get their real license, there is nothing to talk about.
