They don't need a "real license" from the State in order to make their REQUIRED filings with the SEC. And there's PLENTY to talk about. Start with s little revenue information. They were quick to brag about the beginning months of it last Summer in Form 8-K and have been posting pretty pictures of their production efforts ever since but when it came time to put the numbers in financial statement form they hid under a rock and have stayed there since last Fall.
