So sorry for you and everyone else here. I've been reading your posts on MPIX a lot recently.

It takes time for new management to get the info they need from old management to submit filings.

There was no "old management". They've been gone for years. MPIX was an abandoned shell that got hijacked. The hijackers failed to submit a Form 15 to terminate SEC registration. And evidently MPIX was on the SEC's list, so it got suspended.

End of story.
