I was just explaining that filings don't happen overnight. It had only been about 2 weeks since reinstatment. They do have to get information for filings or reports together. However, you are right if they were planning on filing a 15-12g which they most likely were they could have at least done that.
Did you notice the warning letter from the SEC was from 2015 and they just decided to suspend it now?
