It takes time for new management to get the info they need from old management to submit filings. 3-4 weeks would be very quick. In hindsight they should have contacted the SEC to update the address and to be sure there were no warnings issued in the last 30 day. It was just really unfortunate timing that it was suspended while things were in the works.
Normally, the chances would be slim that out of all the thousands of delinquent otc companies the one they were bringing current would get suspended during the process but the SEC has been on a run of suspensions lately.
