Why is it that scams always need silly and nonsensical gibberish to explain their lack of execution?

If the company had simply run the processors anywhere close to what Bordynuik and Heddle claimed possible i.e 2000 lbs an hour at even 70% uptime since January 2018 the need for gibberish would vanish.

The fact they have not run the machines is the fundamental problem. Without running the processors even selling them legitimately is impossible. That is basic common sense.

to learn what NR does .. and how they do it .. :)

it has indeed been profitable learning how NR works cycles of money when it comes to *targets* regardless of where traded ..

PTOI is just one target .. as of today P2O (company) remains an OTC Survivor

when mgmts of OTC targets .. like P2O .. actually execute particularly after years (2009 to today) of NRs' *abuse* .. how *handled* can be epic

it's why *volume* matters .. and this week in particular .. especially so .. :)
